For Michaël this is more than a business principle it is a way of life. Together with his partner he built Vaneylen from the ground up a company that personalizes professional workwear. What drives him is not just the creativity and entrepreneurship behind the job but the relationships and trust built with both clients and colleagues.

Michaël admits he once believed he had to do everything himself. Over time he discovered that leadership is not about control but about giving space. By trusting his team and encouraging them to take responsibility he sees people develop their skills and grow in confidence. For him leadership means walking alongside others supporting them and celebrating their progress.

In this mentoring journey Michaël wants to deepen his self-awareness and gain confidence in his leadership.
