    Olivier created this highly acclaimed program in 2010 with as noble purpose to help young leaders contribute to a society where positive impact and a more meaningful business climate are key.

    He is a seasoned noble purpose entrepreneur-advisor-author blessed with decades of (profound) Life & human experiences, and business expertise in different countries, contexts and roles (initiator, entrepreneur, manager, director, managing partner, CEO, president, board member, advisor, mentor). He is the founder and Executive chairman of GINPI.

    As author and thought leader, driven by humanism and positivism, he writes blogs, business articles & books (a.o. The Book of Noble Purpose), gives keynotes, participates in think tanks and visionary panels, moderates business conferences, inspires (corporate) leadership events, gives lectures at universities & business schools.

    As a philanthropist, he contributes through unique noble purpose driven initiatives (Fund Forbidden Colours,  HRW, ASHOKA, Cellura & Onghena Foundation, pro bono work for not for profit associations & cultural institutions, and obviously Young Leaders-Inspiring Mentors).

    Greet De Grave brings a deep connection and passion to the Young Leaders – Inspiring Mentors (YL-IM) program. After joining YL-IM in 2014 as a Young Leader, where Olivier Onghena-‘t Hooft served as her Inspiring Mentor, she took on the role of Executive Director in 2015. Under her leadership, Greet has driven the program’s mission to cultivate meaningful and impactful leadership through mentorship. With her personal experience as both a mentee and now as a leader of the program, she bridges the gap between aspiring leaders and seasoned mentors, ensuring a transformative journey for all participants.

    Greet De Grave is deeply guided by a powerful purpose: to inspire others to lead a joyful, healthy life, fueled by activities that brings energy and fulfillment. She believes in living with a strong sense of self-awareness that shapes not only personal growth but also one’s broader positive impact on the world.

    For Greet, sports are more than just a hobby—they are a vital source of balance, offering both a physical outlet and a way to maintain a healthy mind and body. This passion for well-being and growth is at the heart of everything she does.

    As Executive Director of the Young Leaders – Inspiring Mentors (YL-IM) program, Greet combines her love for mentorship and leadership development with her professional expertise. Beyond her role at YL-IM, she channels her energy into organizing major mass sporting events as a project manager at Golazo.
