Aline Fobe

Managing Director at Golazo Energy

Young Leader, Edition 2025

“You are the result of the choices you make each day. Growth doesn’t come from waiting but from showing up with intention.”

After years of playing elite field hockey with the Belgian national team, Aline Fobe knows what it takes to push boundaries. But her biggest lessons didn’t come from medals. They came from choosing progress over perfection and people over pressure.

Now leading Golazo Energy, Aline helps individuals and organisations reconnect to what gives them strength. Her mission is to boost physical, mental and emotional energy in a way that creates real impact at work, at home and in society.

“I’m proud of the movements we helped shape. Whether in hockey or in wellbeing, we planted seeds that keep growing.”

From transforming Belgian women’s hockey to building wellbeing programs for clients today, Aline has always been driven by collective growth. She doesn’t just chase goals. She builds teams and environments where others rise with her.

At Golazo Energy, she works with her team to design journeys that help people reconnect to themselves and one another. When people feel energised, they show up with more clarity, resilience and purpose.

“Creating impact takes time. It’s not about quick wins but about doing the right things consistently and staying open to the unexpected.”

Leadership, for Aline, is as much about connection as it is about purpose. She knows change doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from sustained effort, small shifts and a deep trust in the process.

She believes growth starts where comfort ends. Whether through sports, travel or saying yes to something unfamiliar, Aline steps outside the predictable because that’s where transformation begins.

“True impact starts with one person gaining confidence and energy. That spark can spread further than we imagine.”

For Aline, positive impact means helping people reconnect to themselves and through that, to others. When someone regains balance or resilience through a wellbeing program, the ripple effect often goes far beyond one individual. Energy spreads — from employee to colleague, to family and friends.

That is the kind of legacy Aline wants to build. One that empowers others to become their best selves and to pass that spark on.
