Inspiring Mentor, edition 2020 - 2021

“It  is a great experience to be part of the Young Leaders - Inspiring Mentors program. Right from the start Gudrun (the young leader) and myself felt like an excellent match. We often talked about different topics such as leadership skills, efficiency in a company and in your work, sustainable business, generate profit in an ethical way, work-life balance, … - always in a safe environment during the pandemic, of course.

It has been remarkably interesting for me to hear about the topics these young leaders have top of mind.  

 The conversations also helped me to reflect differently on my role as a mentor and as a CEO.  It was great to see that the young leaders as well as their mentors were extremely focused on doing business in and for a better world.  Sustainability, honesty and fairness are always in the back of our minds. “
